WARRANTY SERVICE TERMS

1.⁠ ⁠SCOPE OF WARRANTY SERVICE
1.1 These Warranty Service Terms apply to desktop computers and related components sold by Noorminer LLC (“Seller”, “we”, “us”) via qbuilds.ae or through our sales channels in the United Arab Emirates.
1.2 During the warranty period, the Buyer has the right to free repair or replacement of defective hardware components of a desktop computer, provided that:
the defect is due to a manufacturing or material fault, and
all conditions of these Warranty Service Terms are met.
1.3 Warranty service is available only upon presentation of valid proof of purchase, such as:
tax invoice,
receipt,
warranty card (if provided).
1.4 Unless otherwise stated on the product page or invoice, this commercial warranty does not limit any mandatory rights the Buyer may have under UAE consumer protection laws.
2.⁠ ⁠CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY SERVICE
2.1 To receive warranty service, the desktop computer must be delivered or shipped to the service location indicated by Noorminer LLC.
If possible, the device should be packed in:
the original packaging supplied with the product; or
equivalent secure packaging that protects the device during transport.
2.2 The Buyer is responsible for:
properly backing up all data before handing over the device;
removing any sensitive or confidential data where possible.
2.3 The warranty does not cover:
any data stored on storage devices;
any installed software, whether licensed or unlicensed;
any loss of data, reinstallation of software or configuration services, unless explicitly included in a separate service agreement.
3.⁠ ⁠CASES WHERE FREE WARRANTY SERVICE DOES NOT APPLY
3.1 Warranty repair will not be performed free of charge (or may be refused) in the following cases. In such situations, repairs may still be offered as a paid service:
Mechanical or physical damage, including cracks, dents, broken ports, or visible impact damage.
Signs of tampering or disassembly by unauthorized persons (broken seals, missing screws, modified parts).
Any repair or modification carried out by a service provider other than Noorminer LLC or its authorized partners.
Incorrect electrical installation, poor grounding, or voltage fluctuations (surges, spikes, unstable supply).
Use of the computer under improper environmental conditions, such as excessive dust, humidity, temperature extremes or poor ventilation.
Entry of foreign objects or substances into the device, including dust accumulation beyond normal use, liquids, chemicals, insects, or other contamination.
Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, power outages, natural disasters or other external events (force majeure).
Use of non-compliant power or telecommunication networks that do not meet relevant standards.
Use of unlicensed, pirated or uncertified software that results in malfunction or instability.
Damage caused by viruses, malware, ransomware or similar harmful software.
Use of the computer outside of its intended purpose, including but not limited to:
extreme overclocking,
mining or similar intensive workloads if not designed or sold for that purpose,
industrial use in environments not suitable for consumer/office hardware (unless specified).
3.2 If, after inspection, it is determined that the defect was caused by any of the above reasons, Noorminer LLC will inform the Buyer and may:
offer a paid repair;
offer paid replacement parts (if available);
return the device unrepaired, according to the Buyer’s instructions.
4.⁠ ⁠WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
4.1 The warranty applies only to the hardware components of the desktop computer purchased from Noorminer LLC.
4.2 The warranty does not cover:
data loss or corruption;
operating system or application issues caused by user actions, third-party software or viruses;
normal wear and tear (e.g. fans, thermal paste over time, cosmetic wear);
performance expectations not explicitly stated by the manufacturer or Seller.
4.3 Cosmetic defects that do not affect performance or function (minor scratches, color differences, etc.) are not covered unless clearly identified at the time of delivery and reported immediately.
5.⁠ ⁠WARRANTY PERIOD AND EXTENSION
5.1 Unless otherwise indicated on the product page or invoice, Noorminer LLC provides a commercial warranty of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase for assembled desktop computers.
5.2 Individual components may have different manufacturer warranty periods (e.g. 1–3 years). In such cases, the warranty applicable to that component will follow:
the manufacturer’s stated warranty, and/or
the warranty information provided on the invoice or product page.
5.3 After the standard warranty period expires, the Buyer may:
request paid repair or maintenance services, or
enter into a separate extended warranty or service agreement with Noorminer LLC for an additional fee (if such programs are available at that time).
6.⁠ ⁠WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURE
6.1 If a defect appears during the warranty period, the Buyer should:
Contact Noorminer LLC as soon as reasonably possible after noticing the issue.
Provide:
invoice or proof of purchase;
device model and serial number (if available);
description of the problem and under what conditions it appears.
6.2 Depending on the case, Noorminer LLC may:
request the device to be brought or shipped to a specified service location;
perform initial remote diagnostics (where feasible);
offer on-site services for business customers under separate agreements.
6.3 The inspection will determine whether:
the defect is covered by the warranty and can be repaired or replaced free of charge; or
the defect falls under non-warranty conditions and a paid repair estimate will be provided.
7.⁠ ⁠FINAL PROVISIONS AND CONTACT DETAILS
7.1 These Warranty Service Terms apply alongside the Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Goods and Services and the Privacy Policy available at qbuilds.ae.
7.2 Nothing in these Warranty Service Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law.
